The BBS website says they are available but my shop says they are not. I dont know what the situation is.

tirerack has them last time i looked.

I love these rims! had them on my M3. very strong! but you must keep them clean. They look really bad when they are dirty and are a pain to clean.

I had them on My Turbo.... Spacers were needed They were 18x8.5 fronts 18x11 rears.... ET was 56 both front and rear.... I needed spacers front and rear....
I sold them long ago to a guy with a GT3

thanks for the replies guys - they look awesome on that 997. Maybe because theyre 19's as well - i wanted to stick with 18's, maybe even with the gold centre (as my car is black).

Not too keen on using spacers, i'd have to find the offset the same as the current turbo wheels i guess.

scotty, any pics of yours you could share pls? - trying to guage whether they suit the TT or not but only have pics of them on GT3's (attached some that have led me to the passion :D

cheers

I don't think LMs could ever look bad. Love em! Simply classic!

The race car above has the BBS Race wheels, not LM's

LM's look great, more people should rock them ;)

Oh sh8t youre right - theyre awesome. Trouble i find with aftermarket wheels is to make them look their best you have to go 19's and lower it. I'd like to keep my suspension standard as London is a B*tch to front spoilers and undertrays! Thanks for the pic...."right click save as" ;o)

So how are they one-off's then? Did BBS destroy the mold to make that particular model?

The offset and width on that particular bolt pattern is one-off. You won't see off the line BBS LM with offsets that agressive and a rear lip like that.

angel460 Apr 28, 2007 02:34 AM

yeah bbs lm's are the classic style of wheels, although these days id prefer something with bigger lip
