Best way to pass wires from front to glovebox?

I've searched the archives, with no luck, to look for the best way to route wires from the hood area of the car into the glovebox.

Is there a easy way to do this? I had everything apart this morning but I didn't find a wire passage.

Thanks in advance for any help!

On the drivers side there is an open grommet. You can pull it out and make a hole in it, pass the wires then silicone them. There are few options to go in to the passenger compartment up there. This is the easiest and less painful way. The AC system is in the way on the passenger side

When I bot my car it had a grill mounted SR1 radar detector. The wire was routed through a 1/2" hole drilled in the wiper-rain-sensor-module that allowed routing underneath the dask. I have a pic if you want to see.
