Fred,
Was that with a full tank of gas? My car weighs 3560 but I have the stock suspension and stock heated seats and a full gas tank.

that was with a quarter of a tank left.

Also, keep in mind that I have the Brembo Big Brake kit which is heavy, 19 HRE's, PSS9's, GT3 Seats, Roll Bar, No mufflers (running straight pipes), S Car Go intakes, TechArt Body Kit, Carbon Fiber Hood, etc....

So I am sure I have added some weight here and there and removed some here and there.

I am working on a new brake kit and custom race wheels which should reduce another 20+ lbs.

Fred,
Is it very difficult to do the alignment and corner balancing your self with the string kit and scales?Are they as accurate as a shop alignment? Do you also have the camber kit? I suspect it would be very time consuming but if the results are accurate, it would be worth it. Which kit do you have? The Porsche manual has a few warnings that the steering angle sensor has to be calibrated with any suspension work. Did you find this to be necessary?
