GrettW is infamous around these parts
Anyone have a how to for installing suspension?
I just received my JIC cross suspension and I am going to install these with my friend who is a certified wrench. Does anyone have any tips or advice they can proffer, I did a search for any sort of instructions and came up with nothing, any help would be greatly appreciated. Or if anyone has a how to with pictures that would be even better. Thanks again!

make sure you have a spring compressor or else you might knock yourself out

If I have H&R springs with oem struts is it still necessary to compress the front to get the unit out?
