Car keeps going into limp mode

So I installed the evo wastegates on my k24 X50 car about 1.5 months ago. Everything was great till about 3 weeks ago. I get limp mode..no lights, no CEL. Turn down the wastegates a half turn each. Get limp mode within a few days. Turn them down another full turn each, and limp mode again within a week! What is up? I reset the ECU again and I'm boosting 1.0-1.1 bar now but I don't know when I'm going to go "limp" again . I just don't get it. Had the car tested for leaks and nothing comes up...Should I turn them down some more?

Unfortunatley installing Wgs springs without proper calibration will casue problems as you describe... I went thru this 3 years ago. I installed a manual boost controller and it solved the problem. Its a fine line setting them up not to go past 1.3 bars. I bet it got colder or something becasue u must be pushing more PSIs.... and that is what causes the ecu to go into linp mode... IE. ur previous setting is now pushing more boost.
It can be done but will be a pain in the rear. Go to Speed gallery have them take a look.

Markski...I've been there every week. In fact last night when it was cool, the car was running great..then this afternoon...warmer weather and it limps...I'm trying to cover all the bases.
