Awesome! But is it going to cost an arm and a leg to use (like MSR...3K to join plus 3.6K per year in fees)?

It will only cost an arm but we will let you keep your leg! Seriously, we will try to make it as affordable as possible. At the same time, we will have $4m invested in the property and need to get a reasonable ROI.
