Planning a 6SpeedOnline Driver Education Clinic and Request Feedback

Gentlemen and Ladies,
I am talking with a few others about organizing a 6speedonline Driver Education Clinic. I am considering two options and would like feedback so that the proper planning can take place.

Option No. 1:
We would rent a large parking lot somewhere in the tri-state region (NY/NJ/CT) for a day and offer a clinic specifically dealing with Oversteer and Understeer. The clinic will center around the skid pad and friction circle and their inherent ability to function as tools for learning oversteer and understeer. In speaking with various friends about this, they unanimously agree that it is a priceless tool for really getting to know and understand the true limits of adhesion as they relate to steering angle, speed and suspension setup. We will research this further but the intent would be to collect a nominal fee ($30-$50) from everyone and contract the fire department to hose down the pavement where we will run this. Actually, with me involved, there is no need since mother nature seems to precipitate on any event I am associated with!!!
The point of this event would be get people out to experience the limits of their car in a non-high speed situation and feel very safe about it.

Option No. 2:
I know the owner of PDA (Performance Drivers Association) very well. I spoke to him about hosting a special 6speedonline group at Pocono International Raceway. He said it was workable as long as it was a weekday since many of the larger organizations already have the weekends booked. The event would be mainly geared towards novices with special instruction for them. There would also be an intermediate group. We would need to enlist 50-60 cars at a minimum and all spots would need to prepaid in an amount somewhere around $200-$250. We would be there for the full day and the track would be all ours.

So, with that, I would like to hear some feedback. Our intent would be to see which option is most appealing, set it up, collect the funds and do the event.

Count me in for 1 and 2.
I am a member of PDA and do go to a number of their DE events. Would our event use one of the tracks a Pocono? - with flaggers?
