Rave,
I no longer have my 18's so I will be suffering through use with 19's. They wouldn't fit anyway with the brakes.

Is it worth picking up a set of used oe rims and tires?
Is the performance of 18’s that much better on the track?

I plan on doing several track events and would like to use the best rim/tire size.

I'm in. I'll register before the deadline.

All of ya'll that haven't done this before, you'll need 1 special thing: an M-Class helmet. PDA doesn't require an expensive race helmet -- any motorcycle grade helmet is suitable.

Ken,
If I unload the TT before this date, can I take the Boxster S? I'll try to have 50 - 75 hp upgrade done by then so that I wouldn't slow you down too much. Also, is there a requirement for a roll bar extension if I use the Boxster S? Please advise.

Dave

Of course you can take the Boxster!!! This is open to ALL 6Speed Members with any P Car they care to bring!!!

Now here is a really cool bit of info I just found out about. Joe also owns another company that sells performance parts for imports. Not Porsches so no conflict of interests. The cool product though is a roll of 5 mil thick non-transferrable-adhesive backed temporary clear plastic protection for your car's paintwork!!!! When you call in, talk to him about it. If you are worried about your garage queen, that is the ultimate solution!!! No there is no reason not to get involved!! I will be using this stuff on my car for the event.

OK guys, we need more people. I cannot stress enough how important it is to call Joe at the number in the first post and tell him you're in!! Pocono is holding the September date for us and will only hold it until April 22!! Call and reserve a spot!!!
