The wait for the Elise is KILLING ME! I got on the list in february, just placed my order a month or so ago and hope to get it around september but that's totally up in the air. I think i am completely obsessed with it now and the elisetalk.com forum definitely does not help.

How long did you guys wait? How did you pass the time?

All kidding aside, waiting for any ordered car that you've been dreaming about is agony. Typically it's 2-3 months wait time from receiving an allocation for a German car depending on where in the US you reside. I don't know about the Elise.

My advise to past the time is;1) either forget about the car for
awhile and find another interest.
or 2) scour all the message boards talking about it until you get it.

obviously this is the one i "chose". really i had no choice because i am a car nut to the bone and so i cannot stop thinking about cars. And when i'm thinking about cars i can't ignore my beautiful orange baby

I love that car and love the Orange. Now, jsut supercharge that little hummer and I'll really be in envy hell.

I ordered my '04tt in Nov. and will be taking delivery late May! Ughhhhh! Can't wait.
