?? It sounds like it means that
"Center must replace your wheels since it bent them".

You should give us more context to have more of a chance
of anyone understanding...

I would like to but that's all I was told: "your wheels are center bent, and they will never be 100% correct after the repair."

I wasn't able to talk long so I couldn't get a good explanation. I hoped some of you guys could give me some insight before my next move (replace/repair).

It would mean the wheel is out of wack from the center hub on out to the rim, best is to replace.

Ok, I get it. If true they are right. They need replacing.
They must have taken a big whack to get that way.
It means that instead of (or in addition to) the rim being
dented in one place, the whole rim was moved while the
center of the wheel stayed in the same place. This means all
the spokes have been tweaked. No one should try to
repair any one-piece wheel so damaged...
