Rave,

Can you elaborate more on why NY Auto Show sucks?

For example, I go to auto-shows not to see people but to see cars...looks like they have a good line of cars in NY auto show.

They just dont have the amount of concepts like Detroit does, looks like there is no enzo or lamborghini stand (Detroit had both).

I see. But IMO, unfair comparison. Detroit and Geneva shows are the best, as they should.

But I understand, some expect to see cars they've read and seen on television, they come to the show and they are not there.

But you know what, make the best out of it. You came to the show, just have fun.

Here's the link to a few I took yesterday: http://community.webshots.com/album/132952135JkXHWQ
The Aston DB9 was the best-looking car there IMO. The Ford GT looks like it means business. The SLR should have been better styled. The SL 65 has poorly done front-brake cooling ducts. The CGT looked great in black. The Bentley GT looks nicer in person than pictures. The F-car 612 has a weird nose. The Merc is awesome in white and the Gallardo is awesome in orange. The Elise is TOO busy. If you aren't certain your new design is better looking than your last, evolve instead of mutate: BMW. The 6-series should have had more rear leg-room. Acura is making some nicely styled cars, especially the new TL & new RL. If you are near, it's worth an hour or so just to see a few things.

i agree the lotus looks too busy in yellow-much less busy in other color choices.with other colors not as much contrast with as much going on-esp. silver

The Lotus is going to be an amazing track car - just to cramped for the street unless it is just a sunday driver
