brake problem

Hello everybody, I'm a new member from Belgium. I have a 996 turbo black on black x 50 from 2003. I have the car for almost 2 years and have in total 22.000 km on it. I have never tracked the car and don't abuse it. My car is also totally standard an I have the extended warranty from the factory also. I think that there is a problem with my brakes. I have to push very hard to brake and they don't feel to brake good also. when after a ride just for turning off the engine I push several time the brake pedal hard and then when after a while I wan't to ride and put him in gear the first half second the pads feel "glued" to the discs and they make a "clock" noise and then I leave and can go. The discs and pads look new and the dealer say there isn't a problem. Anybody can help please. sorry for the bad English.

The dealer has bled the brakes?

You have the stock pads in it? (which are great for the street)

yes. everything is stock. The dealer went for a short test and said to see no problem.
