What to record during a dyno run...

Hi all. I am interested in seeing everything I can about
how my car is performing, and I am considering a dyno
run. Assume I choose a good 4-wheel-linked-front-and-rear
dyno, and assume I get lots of cold air blowing on the
radiators and intercoolers.

What is possible to record besides the torque/HP and A/F
ratios? What other info is easily accessible and relevant
from a 99ttt?

WFIW, I would be interested in max power between 2000rpm
and 5000rpm, with a bias toward the lower RPM, and toward
instant response (autocross).

I am running a stock k16, with EVO DVs and hoses, Europipe II,
stock headers, and the S-Car-Go CF intake, and a standard
Upsolute flash. When I compete, I am using mostly 101 octane
gas mixed with as little CA 91 octane as I can manage to have
in the tank.

I am wondering if there's *anything* left on the table, tuning-wise
that I could do.

I would think logging boost could be helpful, as well as EGT's.
