I use to live in North Berkeley Hills in the East Bay. If you go up this steep street called Marin all the way up you'll hit a road called Grizzly Peak Rd. Make a right on that. You'll pass by houses in the beginning but after a while the road winds through Berkley Hills and Okalnd Hills. You'll pass through Tilden Park, but the great part is the views of the entire bay on your right hand side. There are area you can stop by and take pics. You'll SF, bay bridge, golden gate, etc. Its really nice at night. The road gets really has some great curves, but be careful you dont want to go flying off and crashing down below
