NAV map updates

Has anyone updated your NAV's maps? How did you go about it?

I know this wasn't the intent of your post...the answer is contact NavTec. My nav computer died....dealer = 2300+installation of 1 hour....

So, I bought a pioneer avic-d3. Way better for me...xm, ipod, bluetooth, traffic via xmnav, usb serial interface, soon rear view camera....

Depends on the year of your PCM nav. the earlier ones (like mine) only update to 2003. then your SOL and have to go aftermarket.
(which honestly is probably the better option anyway, cause the stock screen is pretty small and the graphics and overall usability kinda suck *****)
