Looks like a bolt that holds the strut. Not sure, but hope you get her running soon.

Engine Case Bolt on the very bottom of the motor (part that hangs down the lowest)??

Well its the Crank Pulley Bolt, it backed itself out while I was racing this weekend.

Thanks guys, yea as far as it seems everything should be fine. At first we thought it snapped off the way way the bolt worked itself out at an angle which would have been very bad. But hey, I won 20 dollars racing so it was all worth it right?
