Where to get Complete STOCK Re-Flash

I am interested in getting a complete "Back-To-Stock" re-flash of my ECU, who/where would be the best place to take it?

I know the dealer can do it, but is anyone else capable of this? I'm in Southern California, so maybe Lucent, GMG, Hergeshiemer... Looking for convenience.

Also, anyone have an idea what it might cost?

Who did your non-stock flash? They should, and maybe for free.

Garey Cooper is infamous around these parts
Here is what I've learned recently that I think is pretty much the way it goes:
1. The ONLY entity able to reflash you completely to stock with all of the latest upgrades etc. is a dealer.
2. You can get a "stock" reflash from reputable tuners but being out of the dealer network they may be unable to flash in all of the latest updates.
3. Be aware that some flashes (particularly the earlier ones) involve hardwire changes to the ECU and CANNOT be reflashed. Therefore including a reflash you may have to buy a completely new ECU, blank.
4. Some hardwire changes were elegantly executed examples of the best of the tuners art........others are NOT. How do/will you know? Try the reflash first, if it works yours was a software change and can be reflashed. If it doesn't take then you need a new ECU as well as the reflash.

Good luck

Anyone with a PIWIS can flash the car. Dealer or not. You just need the computer. Also any GIAC can also flash back to stock.

I guess I should've just made the call to Hergeshiemer in the first place. They did the REVO flash on it to start with, and Eric over there has already PM'd me letting me know they would flash it back to stock at N/C.

FWIW, they have always been a top notch bunch to work with, I don't know why I didn't call them in the first place.
