Try again. The photos appear to be froma German site.

Clear sidemarkers stock in Europe.
ROW suspension (lower than US spec) stock in Europe
PCCB a stock option in the US and Europe.

Stock bodywork was the initial point of the thread...

I believe that is a 996 tt S, hence the pccb, and yes, euro spec on the rest.

Not on my driveway or in my area (hills and steep inclines....). While I would love to lower the car...it would drive me nuts to fix the front lip each week.

Now, can pss9's be put up to near stock height.....I know this is anathema...

:-)

Other than the side scoops, I like the exterior of the 996TT better than 997TT in every respect. On the interior, I am devided. I like the higher (seemingly) quality of materials on the 997TT, and the dash and seats are an improvement, but it has too many buttons, the door panels are soo feature-less and whats with the Cayenne steering wheel? Every time I see a 997 interior I'm drawn instantly to the ugly steering wheel.

And don't get me started on the goofy clock ON THE DASH

I wish....

Love the stock 996 more and more...it seems more modern, more creative. It speaks as if it was a clear evlolution from the 993. The 997 is not as progressive to my eye. That being said, it is awesome too...if one dropped out of the sky (a turbo of course, or a gt3rs...)...I would not ignore it.

Hope all is well right back at you!

JB
