Developed and tested in the Arizona desert for the rigors of our legendary GT700 and EVT775 turbo kits, the EVOMS Clubsport Intercooler Kit has been a long-time benchmark in flow and cooling capabilities. They feature 12-row bar-and-plate core, approximately 33% larger than the stock 996TT cores. The core size has been chosen and optimized to maximize heat dissipation while minimizing pressure drop from endtank to endtank. The cores feature staggered, high density fins to maximize internal surface area and subsequently heat transfer from charge air, to the core, to ambient cooling air.

The endtanks were designed by EVOMS using CFD technology to optimize air flow and make use of the entire core for air flow and heat transfer. They are cast with a smooth, near-polished finish to minimize internal drag and turbulence. After being tig-welded to the cores at EVOMS' Arizona headquarters, the assembly is then pressure tested to 45psi to ensure a perfect seal with zero leaks or weak spots.

Included in the $2995 price, our silicone boost hose kit uses high quality, four-ply silicone hoses. Pressure tested to 100psi, and real-world tested to over 40psi and well beyond 1000hp, they are nearly indestructable. The hoses come with billet aluminum adapters designed to clip into the stock 996TT Y-pipe, giving a higher flowing and more reliable connection than the OEM crimped hose fittings. If you already have silicone boost hoses, these can be omitted from the kit, bringing the price down to $2495.

We recently tested the mettle of our Clubsport Intercoolers on our dyno while tuning our latest 996TT GT775 build. During final tuning validation, we performed four full 2500-7000rpm 4th gear pulls back-to-back-to-back-to-back, each subsequent run starting as quickly as we could complete the previous run, slow the car to a stop, then get back into 4th gear to begin another pull. Dyno room temperature was 80F, with one blower on each intercooler. Shown are the last three of the four runs, all within 8whp at around 660whp on 93 octane. Extremely consistent power at these levels would not be possible without good intercooling to control intake air temperatures!
