2. What is a fair price for front brakes job? I am being quoted 900 includes labor+OME rotors and pads. If I got my own parts how much should the labor be?

Brake pads are not included. Labor should be about 2-3 hours at most.

Did my rotors go out yet? They were supposed to go out Monday. I hadn't received an invoice or tracking number as of tonight.

Do you know when Vivid is going to process my refund? I was supposed to receive an email from Rob last Friday with verification, and had not seen anything up to this point and the charge is still on my account.

 

I dont know anything about your order since you bought from Rob. All I got was your tracking number. Please contact Rob at 4809663040 x227. He is not on this forum.

 

I emailed Rob Monday night requesting a status on this. I still have not heard back from him. He said he was going to issue a credit after the remaining package was on its way back to Vivid. However, the package seems to be stalled in CA.

Can you please just get my credit pushed through? The order is over a week and a half old at this point and the package is clearly not being routed to my house.
