to be honest, I'm not big on the hard top because it seems scratch my plastic top. Also it's probably in the 80s in Maryland. Hold Fast>>>

I have owned a few conv, cab cars and never buy or want to put on a hardtop. I love the convenience of having the top down whenever I feel like it even if outside is in the 40's. Live in So. Cal and owning a cab is a blessing for me.

I'm with Daytrader - although I have a hard top which I got with my car which i used when I first got it, I don't intend to put it back on again this year.

With that ringing endorsement, if anyone wants to buy a Lapis Blue/Grey hardtop in the Seattle area, PM me!

well life is nothing but choices right? So...I installed my hardtop yesterday. Gonna cruise around with this until...oh...maybe March or April and then take it off to enjoy the spring sunshine topless again!

I am in the market for the Cab. I would like to find out when you buy the Cab new, Is the hardtop comes with the car as a no cost option?

If you have to buy the hardtop, how much is it cost new?

Just curious.

Thanks

I am not 100% sure....but AFAIK the hard top does NOT just come with the cab. It is an option. Pretty pricey as I can remember. But....someone else can chime in.

I have the hard top but I am not sure if I will go to the trouble of putting it on. I don't drive my car much in the winter.

Like some have already said, I love the look of the hardtop. It's like driving another car in the winter. But, in New York, it definitely doesn't go on until Thanksgiving. I generally do the hardtop and the winter wheels at the same time. Who knows, as it's in the 70s today, I may have to push back until Christmas.

When I bought my cab I optioned hard top delete and saved $1465. I would never have used the hard top.

With the weather in S. Cali is in the high 80's today and in the 70's for the rest of the month plus no rain forecasted, we here can enjoy topless for a while.
