K sport Coilover????'s

Hello, I want to buy a set of coilovers for my 2001 C2 996. I never use it on the track and want the coilovers for lowering the car and to dial in some front rake, and give a proper ride with the car. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the K sport coilovers or knowledge. I know that the Pss9's and H&R are very respected brands and work well, However this is my 2nd car and I do not want to invest more than I need for something that is for looks foremost. All help and comments will be helpful.

Russ

I have heard bad things....PSS9's are the way to go....if you wanna do just springs, you can get by with H&R lowering springs and Bilstein Sport shocks....but you will be almost at PSS9 price when you include installation costs...PSS9's are cheaper to install....

Thanks, I have been hearing all the good things about the Pss9's. It really seems the way to go. I have been putting so much into this car, sometimes I have to remind myself that it's my second car. Well, it looks like it's time to go deep into the well again. By the way, how did you do the 2002 headlights in you car? Do they fit with the TT front bumper and into the Oem fenders pretty easy? I have a 01 C2 was wondering if maybe I could update as well.

Thanks, Russ

Yeah, PSS9s are the way to go in my book...best mod i have done. It really transforms the cars handling while giving a BETTER than stock ride, keeping it comfortable to drive. The 02+ updates is pretty much bolt on, you need fenders, lights, bumper, harness, light trays, eyelids, and a few misc parts....oh and paint...lol....
