Rookie tire size question--18 to 19" for 2003 C4S

Sorry if this is too basic, but read a lot of threads . . .

So many of you upgrade to 19"

What tire size are you using? I would like to keep the existing looks of the car, in other words, either not change tire width, or keep the change minimal, if that makes any sense.

I know how to check offsets of the wheels, etc., but not sure how to pick the right tires, keeping the diameters right, etc.

So, to make it easy, what are you using?
Thanks, from Min-E-SOOO-ta

My 03 C4S car came with aftermarket 19" wheels.

Tires are PZero Rosso's
235/35/19 front
305/25/19 rear

I just picked up a speed yellow C4S one week ago and put on some 19s (from my Boxster). The wheels are 19 x 8.5 45mm offset and the rears are 19 x 10.5 with 39mm offset. Tires 235/35/19 & 295/30/19. I'll post pics hopefully later this week.

The car was designed for for wheels with an overall diameter of 25".Here are some PS2 sizes that look as if they could work.
225/35ZR19=25.2"
235/35ZR19 =25.5"
305/30ZR19=25.2"
315/25ZR1925.2"

Keeping within 3% of stock size is recommended.

Thanks for the help everyone! I should have also noted that I would keep 8"/11" wheels (althought seems more 8.5" Front wheels out there than 8"). Sounds like lots of options if I watch diameter, width, and offsets . . .
