Question 2000 carrera need advise

Hi,looking at 2000 carrera 80,000km's no accidents with a good price to it.The car looks in mint shape but has some expensive aftermarket mods done to it.The exshuast is a full from headers to tips B@B which i think has no Cats. The stock cats. i think stock cats. are in the front trunk.Seller says the red light symbol with arrow pointing to the rear trunk lid on dashboard stays on all the time becuase of the exshast system.Would this cause that red light to go on?Its the light when u have the rear trunk lid open i think.Check engine light is the yellow one no?There's 2 cats pipes when cats. i think are stock in the front trunk .Can u hook these up to the b@b's just to pass aircare when it is time to go threw inspection?Another thing is the air bag light stays on too.Said they put a different stirring wheel on it and needs to be reset for the light to go out.One more thing is the radio isnt stock. Its a different one,can this casue problems with locking doors or unlocking doors, starting the car up?The car looks pretty sweet with new 19inch BBS rims, upgraded brakes, suspion. The clutch feels realy good the changing the gears feels right.I figure the guy must put over $15,000 or more in mods in it.The place its at is a liquidtion dealer get whole sale before being sold to other dealership. So they dont really fix anything to sale it.The car looks propely upgraded and looked after .Should i just turn away from this car?

Run away from this car.....you don't want to buy a car with all that going on then spend tons of money trying to make it right.....Year 2000 996 are plentiful and cheap.....find another one preferably thru a reputable dealer or PCA member.
