FWIW, John had sent me some map pockets that got "lost" for sake of a long story. He refunded me my money back quickly and with little questions since he didnt have anymore map pockets in stock to replace the "lost" pieces.

I had to purchase the pieces at the dealer at a slightly higher price but I was in a time crunch.

A few weeks later the pieces were "found" by my apartment complex and I returned them to John.

The customer service offered by MACarbon would lead me to only buying more CF from MACarbon and recommending the same to friends...
