Its easy, but I would measure not only 2x, but 4x... its easy to misalign the two middle peddles... get an angle drill, that will help with the awkward drilling angle, or you have to press down the peddles while drilling... thats what I did... no biggie

for the clutch and brake pedals, use the old pedal covers to line up the new. if you hold the new pedals over the old rubber covers you will see that the channels in the covers line up with the screw holes in the pedals. mark the spots on the covers. then drill through the covers to *mark* the spots on pedal face. after that, remove the covers and carefully drill. i put a wood block under the pedal so it would not depress while i drilled. the clutch is a snap because it's plastic. the brake is metal, so you'll need to take your time.

All the hints around here made install a snap. Just one hint from me, however. After using a spring clamp to hold the break pedal and clutch pedal in place, I used one of my woodworking bits (a self-centering bit called a VIX bit) to mark the precise center. Then a good metal-bit to get thru.

Here's a photo of a VIX, just in case .

I like the Ultimate pedals, does anyone have them, willing to give their impression of them? That was the direction that I was leaning toward.

rennline.com sells these by pieces, but the full set, heel/toe extensions and a bag of extra rubber inserts came to about $300
