Question OT: Maserati

Anyone care to offer their impressions of owning/driving one of the new Maserati's?

I drove a Spyder with the F1 tranny Saturday. Besides having more low-end grunt and feeling much more balanced, it did not feel any quicker than my 996. However, the sound... OH YEAH!

I think I liked the sound much better than a 996 w/ PSE or an F360.

My gripes were poor storage space for weekenders and interesting shifting. I think I would need more time with the F1 to get comfortable with it. It was much slower than expected and had a funny sensation. May have just needed sport mode activated or something.

Wink

Was it a red one? I remember seeing one driven by a pretty blond when I was staying at the Doubletree on Speedway in April.

haha if only. The demo was blue. For me it would be a PITA too, because the dealer is 100 miles away.
