carrera sport exhaust

ok so i've had my 03 carrera 4s for about 30k miles now, and i love every second behind the wheel. the only problem with it is that the sport exhaust goes into quiet mode between 25 and 45 mph. this is really irritating because thats where i spend most of my driving time (it really sucks, but theres alot of traffic where i live). so i was wondering if there is a hack with the factory installed button to keep it on all the time.

thanks for your help

Roger,

I had the same experience. Renntech has a few easy solutions to keep the system loud all the time. I chose to remove the relay that controls the "quiet" mode.

Good Luck, Dave

thanks for your help There is a hack to delete the 25 to 45 mph quiet mode, so with the dash mounted switch, it would either be on, or off all of the time. This hack is easy to do, and is on the renntech.org site.
