Carrara White is possibly the best color on 996

I actually dig the polished rim look on black cars. WyattTT's black with HRE is pretty sweet in person

i hate to disagree with you but industry trends point to a different result. While i agree that "taste" is subjective, data provided by consumer decision making is not.

read the following articles:
http://www.worldcarfans.com/4080313....-one-car-color
http://www.theautochannel.com/news/2...27/146637.html
http://www.basf.com/corporate/news20...lortrends.html

Even BASF data shows that white has overtaken black in popularity with silver maintaining its share of the lead. I'm not partial to a particular color as a blanket statement on cars. Certain cars wear colors better than others (IMO) but trending is cyclical and the masses are subject to the "herd mentality".

Colour is subjective and a matter of taste, but certain cars look terrible in white. Silver on the other hand is timeless so is your seal grey.

Actually White is the New Silver, which was previously the most popular color, now White is the most popular color for automobiles. I saw a recently article in Forbes about this I believe.

Random Name: I think I've seen your car around OC before and a similar one at Newport Porsche last week. I would recommend Bell's Auto body for any body work for your Porsche. I take my cars there and my buddy's family owns and runs it. They do excellent work and are the only authorized Ferrari body shop around. Every time I go there its like an exotic car show. They are a bit pricey, but they get the job done right the first time.

And I must concur that White Porsches own!

IMHO....With so many fine colors to choose from for a Porsche white would be my last choice...I usually reserve white for Toyota Camry's and Pick up trucks.

Random - you're looking at about $5k+ in suspension parts!!! Sway bar is the last thing impressing me..wow, that car must pull some crazy slalom numbers!

C2mojo - how long does it take you to dial all that in?

random: moton coilovers with remote gas resevoirs for easy adjustment (very trick racing stuff...the kind of stuff you can stick on a car and go win races with ). sway bar (looks like GT3 or eibach?) and adjustable upper control arms.

C2mojo: awsome setup man, many kudos.
