Fighting a radar ticket?
I know I have seen posts about the best way to do it but can not find in search.
I just got a total bs ticket, 53 in a 35. The rub is I saw the cop, had radar warning, checked speedo and was doing 41ish. Two cars immediatly in front of me as well.
How do I fight it? 6 point ticket will kill my insurance! What pisses me off the most is I was in my crew cab truck not my p car.

But seriously...do you REALLY want to fight it? I mean REALLY. Take a couple days off of work?...go back to the spot to take photos? etc etc...you know do the homework? If so, I can possibly help, I need to hear your story.
