Will a wheel with these specs fit on my 99 C4?

19x10 40 mm offset. This is said to fit a Boxster.

double check with your Owner's Manual (in 'technical Data'), I think you'll need 65mm rim off-set for your C4.

996 "Owner's Manual" do not incl. 19" wheels, 18" are max for the OE wheels.

10" (ET) 40mm offset = stock 10" (ET) offset 65 + 25mm spacers

I'm using the TT/C4S set of wheels with 11Jx18 ET45 and they fits perfect on my C2 Cab, w/ 285/30 tires though.

so the 10Jx19 ET40 wheels will definate fit your C4, will propably match the fender perfectly!

cheers,
Tony

Are you sure it is +25mm spacers (not -25mm)??

just remember that using a spacer is like taking away the positive offset of a wheel...

ie stock offset is 65mm on a 996 rear wheel

spacer is 25mm thick

you SUBTRACT the thickness of the spacer from the orig wheel's offset to obtain the final figure.....which is still 40mm from centerline....

long story short, the wheels from a BOXSTER do fit, but a 996 (w/ 65mm offset) wheel doesn't work on a 986, it hits the rear strut towers!
