Fitting a non-cab wing onto a cab 996

does any of you guys know of any companies that sells a rear lid bracket that will work with a non-cab Gemballa wing onto a cab 99' 996? I pick up this gamballa wing from a guy who have a coupe. I want to fit it on my cab 996, but I can't use the soft top. I thought I read somewhere that they have develop a bracket the will let me use the non-cab wing and still have my top work. Anyone heard anything about this and does anyone know which company this is? Any info would be a great help. Thanks Guys!!

I am in the process of modifing a GT3 MkII wing to fit my car...where does it hit on that wing...is it the upper wing or does it hit the main body of the wing...

It looks like when the back covers raises to let the soft top "tuck" inside that is where 99% of the wings end up hitting. That rear deck lid goes up pretty high and far back...hitting alot of wings.

Gemballa Cab rear lids are slightly lower profile then the Coupe. You will hit the cab cabin cover to the second tier of the wings - I have attempted this way back - GT Racing have the same wings for "coupe" only. It is very slight - but significant enough to hit.

There is a cab version out there (I think one of them is on Ebay somewhere - Direct Toys or somthing like that).

The wing overlaps the cab top cover, so it has will not clear when it slides back to open.

I kinda like the higher profile of the non cab wing over the cab version. I just need to get the wing to slide back about an inch when I lower or raise the top. Otherwise It is perfect the way it is when the top is not in use. If there is no company out there that makes a bracket, then I'll design something myself. Hell I told a few classes of design and apply materials classes way back when I was still in school. I'll post some pictures later
