from looking at the picture of the red car, the turbo front bumper's lines actually flow better into the TA side skirts than the TA front bumper. that should look awesome ben.

I ended up getting them redone and everything is fine now.
he told me if i have any problems to just bring them back.
he is the nicest guy and makes very good pieces.

Great to hear. I sent Tony money order sight unseen, no feedback other than one or two from here (thx) and he actually ended up sending the skirts before he got the money order as he knew I was really wanting these expedited.

So far, his service has been better than good.

no joke, i have not met a person as honest and helpful as him for a while.
I had called him a few times before with questions about installation and he is always extremely accomodating.
I did not even buy my parts directly from him, but i have his rear wing, side skirts, and window wing. he was gonna make me a gt3 style bumper but i am having 2nd thoughts...

this thread is less about "showing off" my 6 year old 911 and more about sharing with others to what i hope to be a good install story for aftermarket parts that typically get abad rap because they're replicas and not the "real deal". i'm as guilty of this bias as anyone else so def not thinking i'm holier than thou.

i'm all for supporting local (US) vendors. i'm all for supporting good people in this business just like in my real life business as a salesman.

i've heard mixed stories about people spouting off how these "suck" and fiberglass "sucks"... well, i'm gonna put my car and money on the line to see if this works out. this is real testimony that'll show who's credible, who's not.

i want the truth.

just giving you a heads up, if you like the TechArt rear whale tail, i believe CEC have a few on clearance a few months back, they only wnated $1500-2000 for the authentic one! just to share

give them a ring and tell them you saw them on clearance on their website and if they still have it
