Man, love the look of that, made you interior.

If it was me I would add silver/aluminum trim rings to finish the look.

Don't those metal floor mats get a little slippery?

As for which model I'm using, I just went for the basic iPhone Padded Holder (870168), along with the ProClip Angled Mount (852428). Works perfectly, looks good, and doesn't get in the way of anything.

looks good. I like the idea of getting rid of the ashtray. are there any after-market inserts that just fit in the ashtray space?

I got the Becker Aux-In kit (like $25 direct from Becker), and it plugs into the back of your deck, by-passing your CD changer (if you have one). Then you just route your wires out front, and plug it into your iPod/iPhone. (Of course, the iPhone has a non-standard headphone jack, so you'll need to buy an adapter to make it work)

I had the same becker aux in cable, then I installed a noise filter after that cable, then a autopilot (http://www.griffintechnology.com/products/autopilot) so I can connect the ipod from the dock connector instead of the headphone jack. Got the switched power from the telephone plug. and routed one single cable thru the center storage bin. That will charge your ipod when using it, deliver exceptional sound quality and after you switch your car off, the ipod will switch itself off. Very convenient.

Eric did a great job on my trunk keyhole cover, for a piece the size of a nickel it transformed the look of the car.
