Finally done... for now...
I picked up my MY02 C2 last May and really enjoyed the car through the Summer. As Fall ended, the car went into storage for its 5-month nap. Over the course of the Winter I had two friends get really sick, and had a health scare myself. I then realized you only live once, so I dipped into the savings to make the C2 "just right." Over the rest of the winter I accumulated all the modifications I wanted and have just finished. Here's a list of what went on:
IPD Plenum - You all know the discussions. It seems to generate more power, but I want it to, so who knows.
FVD Brombacher Powerflow Intake - Disappointed with the fitment for the filter, poor quality rubber coupler, ill-fitting oil filler holder, and poorly sized MAF bolts, but it seemed to be the only option, placing the filter right beside the decklid air duct. Rhonda of FVD has since contacted me and is going out of her way to make this FVD customer happy.
RoW M030 - Fantastic. Better performance, a little lower, but not too low that I have to worry about the bumper.
Yokohama Advan Neova AD070 - So much stickier than the Continentals. People warned me about wet conditions, but I found them to have plenty of grip.
GT3 Decklid & Blade - Received a a little misinformation and ended up with this, instead of an Aerocup II. I think I may be losing a little power sitting in traffic, but it's on the track where I need it, and it doesn't seem to be an issue. Will be hooking up an OBD2 reader to get temps and make a decision on the wiring mod for the decklid fan.
Aerocup II Bumper - better performance and a beautiful piece of art.
I've ended up with a car with a little better performance than stock. Is faster on the track, yet very compliant on the road. Cruising, I hear a pleasant subtle growl that I could listen to all day, yet it becomes ferocious on the track in combination with the PSE. The car is very stable at high speed now and looks fantastic. It has MKI sideskirts, but I honestly think it still looks well matched.
Thank you to everyone on the forum who helped me out with this.
Not the best pics, but I'll work on it...

Thanks for the positive comments...
Redridge - I like the GT3 rims, but the Carrera rims are my favourite. They're actually 18s. My goal for the look was to take all my favourite pieces, that match IMHO, and put them together. For the NB MKII, that happened to be the Aerocup kit. A nice set of deep dish rims would be nice, but the funds are tapped.
Boston - The skirts came with the car. I think I've seen OEM for around 600 at Suncoast. I don't know if they'd fit a C4S though, if you're looking for yourself.

You should get a coilover kit, obviously for performance, but it would look wet sitting about an inch lower. Very nicely done, I love those wheels. How much did you pay for the wing, that is on my down the road to do list.
I thought about the coil-over and dropping it another inch, but it would be unbearable to drive around town here. Our roads suck.
As for the price of the wing, I will refrain from sharing what I got ripped off for, but I have seen the GT3 decklid and blade listed for $1000. Mind you I wouldn't go that route gain. Definitely pick up a Aerocup II decklid. I've only seen one used one for sale in the last two years, and that sold VERY quickly. If you want OEM, Suncoast and MaShaw carry it for about $3500. MaShaw claims to have an exact replica for around $1200. Would be interested to know what people thought of the replica. MaShaw has a pretty good reputation.

Same lid BUT... Aerocup II lid has the correct ducting to match up to the stock C2 or C4 snorkel/airbox on the driver's side of the engine bay. The GT3 lid has ducting to the passenger side of the engine bay. To deal with this, I switched to an FVD intake, placing the intake cone in front of the GT3 air duct. The attached photo is with the C2 decklid, but you get the idea. When the car is sitting in traffic, the cone is pulling in hot engine bay air, so you've got less HP on tap (approx 1% for every 10F). When I'm moving, fresh air is being blown on the intake, making it all good.
