I would like to swap-out my front bumper for a turbo front bumper look on my 2000 996 but am concerned about effect of aerodynamics and control at high speeds(above 100 mph)....

I bought an MK1 Gt3 replica wing from Mike...absolutely great fittment. Sure it needed a little prep (as all fiberglass pieces do) so smooth out rought edges and pinholes, but the shop that did it was pretty impressed with its "raw" condition. As mentioned above, he is also a great guy and very easy to deal with. Scott.

Where did you get your body kit? Does it use the stock front bumper, but add a skirt?

Thanks!

It is cargraphic on the bumper. I dont know if it is attached to a stock front or a whole new bumper system. It was included when I bought the car

The 2004 Anniversary Edition uses a Turbo/C4 front on a narrow body car directly from the factory. They use the Mo30 sport suspenion with the setup. There should be no high speed handling problems.

Here is a new 997 Turbo front that I saw that is made for 996 NB cars that looks pretty nice; pricey, but brings awhole new look to the car.

I used Mike Shaw's Aero cab wing on my 996 NB, and it looked perfect with an awesome price. The wing was great, but it also matters what body shop you take it to for paint, prep and install. Mike was super nice when I stopped by his home which was near my office.
