Thumbs up

These elliptical tips were installed on my '00 at the factory. They fill out the openings and have an aggressive appearance. If I swap out the exhaust I plan on reusing these tips.

These are made by RUF. Only problem (hence the DIY suggestion) is that this boxster got a 911 engine, and got these "tips" included. Honestly, I've never seen a 911 with tips like that ... and it's a shame. I'll try to find a close-up pic ... but they're very rare.

Here's a close-up of what I think would look awesome on a 911 ... but I don't think anyone makes any like that for a 996 or any 911 for that matter.

Apparently, 9ff can do these tips to Boxtsers too. Not sure if they do it in-house, but hey ... another pic to see what it looks like.
Sorry for the quality .. large pic, hence mucho compression.
