Special tools for front toe and rear camber adjustments

I am planning to do a DIY alignment on Sunday, and I noticed that there are some torque wrench heads that are needed for the torquing the lock nuts for front toe and rear toe and camber.

One of them looks like a regular flare nut head but other one is a box end head with a 90deg bend in the shaft.

For those who do their own alignments on their 996, how do you guys tighten these nuts? Do you bother with the torque specs at all?

If I only have a regular square drive torque wrench (not removable head), what can I use to tighten these nuts to the specified torque?
