Bad Euro car test for C4S

Did any of you guys see the long term test on the C4S in the latest issue(w/the F-Car on the cover) The C4 blew its engine w/no warning.Upon taking it to the dealer they resonded by saying this is acommon prob w/the 3.6L thusly they have large amounts of crate motors in stock to help w/this prob. It goes on to say Porsche wont let them open up the motors to see what happened. This is what happened to us w/our S54's. We were losing engines left and right, mine did a F1 style flame out w/ only 512 miles on the clock. It took for ever for BMW to accept the problem w/ oil starvation in the #6 cyl. This will kill the preowned mkt for the 3.6 cars due to it says replacement is a $20k job w/o the warr.
