wiper switch not needed

Hi, I recently retrofitted a rain sensor on my C2, Since I don't need the in-dash manual wiper switch, I was wondering if I could replace it with something else... what about a engine start button.
Please share some thoughts.

thanks

I'd be interested in this mod. Could you share the details?

I looked at some start/stop switches, It seem that it has to be connected to the Ignition switch. Has anyone did this mod on their Pcar?
