Hi there!

I have fronts: 8" et 50 running 225's and backs: 10 et 65 with 265's (hate that!)
Now I have a chance to get fronts: 8" et 50 for 235's and backs: 11" et 63 running 295's.
Will that be possible? any rubbing or anybody running this set up?

You can bring the rear wheels outward about 17mm safely without rubbing, up to 20mm with aggressive camber.
I had 15mm spacers on all four wheels of my 996 with the carrera lightweight wheels, lowered, 285 rears, no issues at all.

 

will I need spacers? I don't want to! ; )

you will not need spacers, they are typically an option to enhance the look of the car. some cars do need spacers for non-standard wheel applications, such as putting NB wheels on a WB car.

 

You probably won't need spacers but if you do go with them be sure to get longer lugs, a lot of people use the stock ones and it's not enough grip IMO.

^ Yep, you should get about 8 or 9 turns worth of threading. any less is not enough.
Call AutoMotion www.automotion.com - they carry correct longer bolts as well as the good H&R spacers. Good prices / service.

 

rule of thumb.... if your gonna put 7mm spacer on, you need 7mm longer bolts from stock bolts... common sense right

but, yeah those offsets you mentioned will work fine...
