Can probably get a room in Ventura for Saturday night if we do a dinner. I think Tova might go with me if anyone else is bringing their other half. We would only go to the Autofest for one of the two days.

I just booked a room at the Country Inn Suites in Ventura Saturday night. Special rates if you mention the Autofest. $104.00. Complimentry parking outside or under ground. Holliday Inn is all booked up for that night. They still have rooms available at the Country Inn. I suggest jumping on it. Right in the heart of Ventura. Walking distance to all the restuarants. Who is organizing the drive from LA to Ventura for the So. Cal. guys? Sat or Sun? When and Where?

Has anything been planned for Fri or Sat evening?

There will likely be a number of people coming from the San Fernando Valley, which is on the way from Lucent to Ventura (101 frwy). The San Fernando Valley folks will have to back track 20-30 mins in order to meet at Lucent. Might I suggest a second meeting place somewhere in the San Fernando Valley (perhaps Woodland Hills), and the Lucent folks could swing by and pick up the San Fernando Valley people on the way, so that the SFV people would not need to back track. What do you think?
