I paid over 10K more for a warrantied 2002 with 42K miles.... so yeah, thats a killer deal.

I just paid $52K for an 03 cabriolet, 15K miles, one-owner car, certified w/2 year Porsche warrantee, with a second set of wheels and snow tires (used, but in great shape).

Even considering the warrantee and value of tires/wheels, I probably paid about $4K too much based on what is for sale around the country, but this car was 3 miles from my house, so the deal was right for me.

Bottom line - if the car checks out, you have a great deal.

Sounds nice, but just go for a PPI. I got my in March with a CPO and the same mileage, but a 2002 (I don't think it's much of a difference), and I paid way more than the low 30's.

Although looking back on everything, if I was doing it now, I may not have even bought one. But I'm never looking back and very glad I bought it.

Low 40's is the going price right now for an 02-03 normal miles and very good condition. Low 30's is a great price right now. Six to nine months from now, who knows?

My local dealer (Park Place Porsche) has a CPO 2002 C4S coupe / 6spd w/ 15k miles for $45k, if anybody is interested: linky.

Ask for Neal Brown and tell him that Michael that bought the Atlas Grey 2004 C4S from him referred you.
