Question on adjusting height with PSS9
Question on adjusting height with PSS9
I'm going to be installing a new PSS9 suspension on my 01 C2 Cab this winter. I've done the full install myself when I upgraded years ago to H&R springs and Bilstein shocks - so I'm all set with the straight forward swap of the parts. I wanted to find out a couple things around setting the height for the folks who did the install and ride height setting themselves...
1) Approximately where should the bottom spring perch be set initially at on the shocks so that I can retain my current height I have (25.5" all around, top of fender to ground)
2) As you fine tune the height to get everything pretty much equal, do you have to jack to car up, take the wheel off, and then adjust? or is there a way to do this without taking the wheels off?
3) Is there anything else thats 'different' when installing the PSS9 vs aftermarket spring/shock combos??
Thanks in advance,
Will
