Or over 70% have tracked their car less than once. Kinda like having an arabian horse and never letting it run. Or a golden retriever and not letting it go in the water. Or a wife and.......

I have to agree with you Justin. It is such a great experience. It is the prefect opportunity to test your limits as a driver and the limits of your car.

That's too bad indeed! These cars are so much fun on the track... Goes to show eh? I know mine's a tip and it gets made fun of... but mostly by 6 speeders

I think the low track exposure is due to several factors:
- not knowing about local track events
- afraid of damaging the car or getting hurt
- not knowing anyone to go with
- inconvenience of the track location
- time&cost

I was lucky to have met the Akkurat gang who encouraged me to go. And looking at Kirby, if he can do it, I can too

I think Porsches should be sold with a track day voucher figured into the price. Must try at least once.

If you aren't having a blast on the track with a C2, then you ain't trying very hard.

True, true, true. I think a C2 is the best car to learn to drive smooth and keep the pace up on a track.

Just ask Kirby. He never missed a beat even with a 180

I was apprehensive the first time I took my car out to the track but that quickly disappear and now I can't wait till the next track event. It is so much fun!
I'm playing hooky from work next Wed. 9/22 to goto Thunderhill, planning Infineon raceway in Oct. and Leguna Seca in Nov.
For those that haven't taken their cars out to the track you owe it yourself to try it!
