I think Redridge is saying is a matter of semantics. You can have 3 possibilities:

1- Aftermarket Aero kit (will not have stickers or OEM Aero pieces)
2- Factory Aero kit (Will have the stickers under the hood and came from the factory)
3- OEM Aero Kit (Uses OEM parts but is not a factory Aero kit car as it was dealer or otherwise installed after delivery)

 

You can just call the Dealer, talk to parts and have them look up your car buy the Vin and they will tell if you if the vehicle was equipped with the aero kit from the factory. For sure way to know if the vehicle was equipped from the factory with aero kit and not dealer install/aftermarket install.
