Fronts are fine. As everyone had mentioned, it is the rears that has an issue or two. There are two ways to look at it: 1) it is more of an offset and width issue for the wheel as 275s are fine if the wheel have the correct offset and width; 2) 275s are way too narrow for this particular set of wheels.
I use 275s on my car and I don't have this issue as my rear wheels are 10" wide (so tires are not stretched) and the offset is 52mm (which pushes the wheel outwards without the use of spacers). However, since the OP already have this particular set of wheels, the only way for him to make it look right is to increase the width of the rear tires while maintaining overall diameter as much as possible.

Rims Size: 19 X 8.5" front & 19 X 10" rear
Bolt Pattern: 5 X 130
Hub Bore: 71.5

Just so that things are made correct,
The following is INCORRECT to use on an 11" rear 996, you can use these but they are not recommended:
275/30/19 (right in diam but not for 11" wide)
285/30/19 (wrong diam)
295/30/19 (wrong diam)

47mm rear offset will be at the edge or sticking out for a narrow body. I think 47mm offsets are made for turbos and 4S.
I was looking at for a set of RUF replicas but Im confused with the offset. I'm currently running original Techart formulas 19x11 Et 52 on 315-25-19 and rolled fenders with no rubbing. Do I need the 67 or can I use the 52 for the RUF replicas.
I think those are sharp looking wheels. Agree the rear tires are too skinny. I'd see if the installer would credit you on some wider ones. Why wait to wear them down? watch out for curb rash, You'll trash the rims if you hit anything with that lip hanging out.
semi - ontopic : are those the same proper offsets for NB w\ 18" wheels? thinkin of switching to 18s vs the 19s i have now
