I just ordered a gt3 rs wing and now i am looking for the part number for the curved ( hooked) brackets that attach the wing to the deck lid. Its for a 996.

 

on the 996 GT3 and I believe the RS also the RS wing fits into the stock uprights that are part of the engine cover...there is a cup wing that is bigger and sits higher and has larger brackets but it uses a different engine cover and is a different wing...I dont' know if anyone makes brackets to attach an RS wing to a non GT3 996 engine cover...I know you didn't want to hear that

as you can see..the wing supports are an integral part of the rear engine cover...

 

This is the part I am speaking of.

 

the factory 996 RS wing comes with them...they are riveted to the wing

 

if the one u're getting is factory part then that part comes with it.
