IMO Fabspeed is not in the same category as tubi or PSE. All the high end systems are on their own level and it would be a better comparison to put them up against each other.
As far as Fabspeed goes, it is reasonably priced and very popular. Much the same can be said about GHL or AP, both good comparisons to Fabspeed.
Europipe, as mentioned above, is considered as good as it gets but $
It is nearly impossible to listen to all these different systems live, the only real way to choose with confidence. Since this was the case with me I spent much time researching and narrowed it down to SpeedArt, FVD or PSE. All high end systems and all made in Germany, yeah imagine that.
Anyways both FVD and SpeedArt would take the mufflers back on a full refund if I did not like the sound of them. In the end I picked SpeedArt and never looked back

With Europipe, as I understand it, you send them your car info and they make it. Looking at $5K plus for their system.
If it's down to only the three choices you posted I would go with either PSE or tubi, depending on the best deal I could get.
I've run across many used fabspeed mufflers for sale. Good luck on finding a used PSE or tubi set as those owners seem to have a death grip on them
