I always thought GT-Rs looked best in Red or Darker colors. Congratulations on the car.

I was at a meet this past weekend and saw my first GT-R up close. I can't believe how massive that car is. It's really hard to imagine it handling well but I guess those Nissan engineers have done something special underneath it all.

what do you think of the info screen... is it helpful or just gizmo stuff?

 

Any Reason why you got in automatic?? Would think a car like that you would want the controll of a stick shift..........

 

They only offer the paddleshift double clutch auto. You can shift manual mode or full auto. It is interesting that a few of the owners on NAGTRCO.org get there best 1/4 mile times on full auto. The function screen which is also the nav is unique and very nice, fully customizable, and something I think other autos will get soon. The 480 hp claimed is very deceptive as tuners have had baseline dynos showing closer to 510+crank hp. I have had two right shoulder ops (racquetball) and will someday not be as happy with manual shifting. Will
